The AAF Association (AAFA) will hold its next series of engineering meetings in Santa Fe, May 11-13. Pro-MPEG meetings are scheduled to precede the AAF meetings on May 10-11. Please visit the Pro-MPEG website, www.pro-mpeg.org, for their complete meeting details.

All meetings will be held at the Hotel Santa Fe, which is located a few blocks from the Plaza in the heart of Santa Fe. A block of guest rooms has been reserved and will be held until April 16. The guest rooms are available for Sunday-May 9, through Thursday-May 13, at the following discounted room rates:

Mention "AAF" when making reservations to obtain these room rates, which are subject to 12.7% tax and a $1.00 per night donation to the Picuris Pueblo Education Foundation. Reservations are guaranteed with one night's room deposit and cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the deposit. A $25 charge will apply to early departures.
Attendees are urged to make reservations early - on or before April 16, after which time the rooms will be released to the public and are subject to availability. May is a popular time in Santa Fe and several other downtown hotels are hosting large business conferences so rooms may become scarce.
Hotel Santa Fe offers complimentary parking for guests. The hotel features Pueblo-style architecture and southwestern furnishings in its guest rooms, suites, and the luxury Hacienda rooms. The rooms reserved for AAF/PMF attendees are quality accommodations. Visit the hotel website for more information on room accommodations and amenities.
Registration
Pre-registration is required by Monday, May 3, to attend these meetings. A daily fee of $85.00 will be charged to cover costs for the meeting facilities, audio visual equipment, continental breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks, and the Tuesday evening social event.
