An AAF block of guest rooms will be held until January 13, after which they will be released to the public and our discounted group rates become subject to availability. February is peak season in South Beach, and these meeting dates overlap with the Miami Boat Show, an event at the Miami Convention Center (near our hotel) that draws 125,000 people. It is imperative that room reservations are made early to secure a room at less than the customary $250-$300 area rate. Mention "AAF Association Group" when making your reservation to obtain this rate and any cancellations made less than seven days prior to arrival will be charged a one-night room fee. All meetings will be held at the Albion South Beach Hotel, which is located a block from the shops and cafes of pedestrian-only Lincoln Road, and two blocks from the beach in the famous art deco district of South Beach Florida. Restaurant and entertainment options are plentiful and within easy walking distance. The Albion is one of Miami Beach's art-deco masterpieces, with an interior design that is distinctly contemporary - simple, yet elegant. A unique 60-foot pool is located on the hotel's second level, which also has portholes looking onto the deep end. A fitness room and restaurant are situated nearby. The hotel's Fallabella Bar is popular with locals as well as hotel guests. Guest rooms feature a stark, minimalist décor with custom wood furnishings and exquisite room amenities. Valet parking is available at the Albion at $22 per night, or a public parking lot is located across from the hotel. Ground transportation Miami International Airport provides transportation options of shuttle service, taxi service and major car rentals.
