The setting will be both productive and beautiful. The conference agenda is being structured to meet the needs of developers, engineers, and managers. Those who attended the Santa Fe training session will have time to share and learn from colleagues and trainers. If you've downloaded AAF's SDK toolkit and want more hands-on assistance, then Montreal is where you'll get knowledgeable guidance and training.

Following on the success of the Santa Fe Developers' Conference, the May sessions will be divided into separate tracks to focus on the needs of developers, marketers, and managers. This will not be a repeat of the training session that took place in Santa Fe…another introductory training session will be scheduled at a later date. All participants should bring their laptop computers. AAF will have a server and network available, but no desktop computers will be provided for registrant use.

The Developers' Conference begins at 13:00 on Tuesday, May 29th, and ends at 17:00 on Thursday, May 31st. A group outing, a river cruise and dinner to encourage collegial networking, is planned for Wednesday evening and is included in your registration fee. In addition, your registration fee of includes all conferences sessions and materials, two lunches, and beverages during the day.

AAF Member Registration Fee is US$400, and non-members are invited to attend also, at the non-member Registration Fee of US$700. Use the Registration Form to register online.

The conference will be held at the Loews Hotel Vogue, a Montreal-chic 5-star hotel. Exquisite, luxuriously comfortable, and conveniently situated in the heart of the city, the Vogue is a favorite of the locals. Rooms have been reserved at the conference rate of CN$250 (US$166) single/double occupancy. This rate is available for our conference dates only, Tuesday-Thursday, May 29-31. If you want accommodations on Sunday or Monday before the meeting, the room rate CN$259, and Friday, June 1, the rate is CN$339. Regular rates are CN$399 so please mention "AAF Association" when making your reservation.
