Changes & Cancellations

- Cancellations must be requested in writing or by email to the address above.
- A $50 administrative fee will be incurred on all cancellations.
- No refunds or cancellations will be accepted if submitted after Monday, October 30.
- AAF Association will not be responsible for any registrant's hotel penalties incurred for reservation cancellation.
