An AAF-X Technical meeting will be held October 12-13 at the Battle Green Inn in Lexington, which is a western suburb of Boston, Mass. Advance registration is required by Friday, October 8. The meeting will be held under the terms of the AAF Intellectual Property Meeting Policy.
Please make your hotel reservations promptly, since October is peak fall foliage season and hotel accommodations are quickly booked. A few rooms are being held for a limited time in the name of “AAF” to ensure accommodations for meeting attendees.
No food service orders will be placed for this meeting; participants will be able to select and purchase items on their own. The Battle Green Inn is located in the heart of Lexington, which offers many restaurant and entertainment options, including great coffee shops across the street.
