All Engineering Meeting Sessions will be held in Hyatt Governor C-D, and lunch locations will be determined by the weather, either at the outside pool or another meeting room.
Accommodations
Special discounted rates of US $89.00 single/double occupancy per night have been obtained at the Hyatt San Jose. (High season rates are $149, currently the lowest rate offered to the public is $109.) The Hyatt is located near the San Jose International Airport and the Hyatt offers free shuttle service to and from the airport, free high-speed Internet access, and free telephone calls in the local area.
