Three Most Important Things about AAF

Las Vegas, Nev. (April 11, 2024) – At the AAF Press Conference, National Association of Broadcasters Convention, Brad Gilmer, Executive Director of the AAF Association outlined the three most important things about the AAF Association. "The three most important things to know about the AAF Association are that it is about interoperability, it is open to all, and support for the association is growing very fast", Gilmer said.

He added, "The three most important things about the Advanced Authoring Format are that it is a specification and a Software Development Kit, it will be developed in an open environment, and that best of all, it is free".
